Terms of Use for Flyencart

Welcome to Flyencart. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flyencart platform, including any features, services, and products (collectively, the "Service"). By using Flyencart, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Flyencart. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


2. Service Description

Flyencart is a WhatsApp Marketing tool that helps businesses manage and send promotional messages, customer updates, and other communications via WhatsApp.

Flyencart works by connecting to WhatsApp Web and enables communication through it. All end-user messages are sent using end-to-end encryption. We do not store data or intervene in conversations between you and your customers.

Flyencart also relies on third-party social media APIs (including but not limited to WhatsApp, Meta, and other platforms) to deliver its services. Any disruptions, limitations, or policy changes at the third-party level may directly affect Flyencart’s functionality. In such cases, Flyencart is not liable for any downtime, restrictions, or service interruptions arising from these third-party issues.


3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Flyencart, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your account.


4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Flyencart only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to anti-spam and data privacy regulations. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited or misleading messages.

Note: Flyencart is not responsible for any WhatsApp account suspensions or limitations. All such actions are governed solely by Meta (WhatsApp Inc.). If your personal or business WhatsApp account is suspended, you must contact Meta directly. Flyencart has no control or authority over such decisions.


5. Third-Party Dependencies & Limitations

Flyencart relies on third-party vendors, APIs, and platforms (including WhatsApp and other social media services) to deliver its core functionalities. As such:

  • Any outages, disruptions, or restrictions on these platforms may impact the Service.

  • Flyencart is not liable for any downtime or interruptions caused by issues at the third-party level.

  • In such situations, there will be no option to cancel licenses, terminate subscriptions, or request refunds, as these dependencies are outside of Flyencart’s control.


6. Refund Policy

Flyencart is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase or activation. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unused service time

  • User error or dissatisfaction

  • Service disruptions due to third-party API issues (WhatsApp or other vendors)

  • Account suspensions or limitations by WhatsApp or any other platform

By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept this policy.


7. Disclaimer

Flyencart uses both official and unofficial access to social media APIs for communication purposes.
